Terms and Conditions
1. General Information.
The Sites may allow you to make remote order and to finish the payment when you pick up your orders. The restaurant accepts most U.S.-issued credit, cash, debit, or pre-paid, but we may not accept all payment cards.
2. Placing Orders.
All products and services listed on the Site are subject to availability, Website Innovator restaurant participation, or may be limited in quantity. After your mobile or online order has been confirmed, your order will be ready for pickup approximately 15 minutes, unless you have ordered ahead and arranged for a separate pick up time.
3. Order Changes.
Once your order has been confirmed by the Website Innovator restaurant you selected, changes WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED and your order will be fulfilled as originally submitted and YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR PAYMENT OF THE TOTAL AMOUNT OF YOUR ORDER to that Website Innovator restaurant.
4. Canceling an Order.
Once your order is confirmed by the Website Innovator website, IT CANNOT BE CANCELED and YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR PAYMENT OF THE TOTAL AMOUNT OF YOUR ORDER to the Website Innovator restaurant you selected
5. Disputes and Refunds.
If a billing error entitles you to a refund, you agree to accept the refund in the form of a credit on the method of payment used to place your order. Except as required by law, cash refunds will not be provided. If you are dissatisfied with the products or services you received from the selected Website Innovator restaurant, please contact the Website Innovator restaurant that fulfilled your order directly.
